Coast ‘Ukulele handcrafted in Petaluma, California USA by luthier Kawai Carvalho. He is famous for his intricate colourful inlays and his live edge sound holes, it is hard to believe that he only began his luthiery journey in 2020 during Covid in his dilapidated home garage. We have a brand new undeniably stunning custom Baritone ukulele, that features locally sourced tonewoods. A beautiful fretboard inlay of a majestic Redwood tree, symbolising where it was built and where the materials were sourced from. Not only is this instrument aesthetically pleasing but the tone is next level, the warmth and balanced is like butter to your ears. Paired with walnut, which adds focus and definition, produces a sound that is intimate, articulate and subtly resonant. With both combination it delivers excellent sustain and projection with a woody character. So much personality and emotional depth, this instrument is perfect and ideal for fingerstyle players and those who strums lightly.
