Ukuleles: Should you change your mind, for whatever reason, we provide a 7-day return policy with a full refund from the date you receive your ukulele.  We will refund you for the product alone once we have received it.  The ukulele must be returned in it’s original ‘new saleable’ condition (instrument must be in the identical condition, unaltered and undamaged as when it was shipped from us).  We receive the right to refuse refunds if the instrument is not received back in unused and saleable condition.

Accessories: If the item arrives damaged or faulty, a full refund will be given within 7-days from the date you receive your item.

Return of the product is at the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product received is damaged and/or faulty upon receipt we will cover the return postage.  The full refund is for 100% of the product purchased, any shipping fees will not be refunded.  If you think your ukulele was damaged in shipping, please notify us right away so we can file a claim with Australia Post.  Please keep the original packaging available for inspection and take photos of how it was received.  All products are inspected thoroughly before dispatched.

Warranty

Any warranty claims is limited to the original purchaser, the warranty does not cover damages to the instrument due to alterations or modifications, accidents, neglect abuse, improper handling, misuse, extremes in heat or humidity or temperature and normal wear and tear.

Each builder has it’s own warranty policy and is limited to it’s original owner.  Most of our builders operate a ‘back-to-base’ warranty policy, so for an instrument that fail during the warranty period, where the instrument arrived in good condition, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the builder for warranty repairs.

Consumable items such as strings and straps are not covered by any warranty.

If you have any questions about the warranty period please contact us.
