Dispatch: Ukuleles will be inspected prior dispatched and can take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Carrier: Ukuleles will be sent using Australia Post by standard shipping that can take up to 25 days from shipment date (depending on location). Australia Post Express Shipping is available at an additional cost, please enquire.

Excluded:

• Accessories are excluded from the promotion, however, if purchased with an ukulele it will be sent together in the same package. Accessories sold separately can only be sent within Australia, shipping fee applies.

• Promotion only valid if Ukulele is purchased on www.uas-store.com.au.

International Fees: International customers will be held accountable for any customs and duties incurred by the shipment, as well as arranging return shipment of the item.
